What we do
C3 provides community outreach strategy, event planning, and media relations support for coastal agencies, nonprofits, and resilience partners. We design outreach programs that are grounded in the specific demographics, languages, and trust dynamics of each community we serve.
We have organized and facilitated more than 200 public engagement events across 12 coastal counties, ranging from small neighborhood meetings to large-scale public forums with hundreds of participants.

Reaching the unreached
The residents most affected by coastal issues are often the least likely to show up at a public meeting. C3 designs outreach programs that go to where people are — community centers, houses of worship, fishing piers, waterfront parks — rather than expecting them to come to us.
We work with trusted community messengers — local leaders, faith communities, fishing associations, waterfront business owners — to extend our reach and build the credibility that government agencies often struggle to establish on their own.
Multilingual capacity: C3 coordinates Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, and Vietnamese outreach for coastal communities with significant non-English-speaking populations.
